Hi!

This general text file is written especially for you.  Hopefully it
will help you understand what TRSI RECORDZ is all about, and how we 
cooperate with our members.  If you have further question, please
don't hesitate to contact either Alex or me.  We will be more than 
glad to answer your questions...

     We are looking for young, dynamic and reliable talented people who
are interested to work and produce stuff under TRSI RECORDZ.  The basic
and most important requirement for you to join us is that you have to
be GOOD.  If you consider yourself in this (or BETTER) category,
proceed further.

     One thing that people asked us most frequently about was if the
music had to be in the "mod" format.  The answer is simple - no, it
doesn't have to be.  Since we are a professional record company, we
have all the necessary hi-tech equipment for recording purposes in our
recording studio in Austria.  There, the music is remixed and prepared
ready for the mass production.  If we decide that your music is good
enough and fulfills our requirments, then you will be personnally
invited to our recording studio (at our cost!) for mixdown...  Don't
hesitate, as we pay all producing cost for LP/CDs etc....

     You can either release a single song (we usually set the criteria
for it first) or you can release your own full lenght CD.  If you
decide to release a full-lenght CD, you're responsible for submitting
your entire work to us in the order that you wish it to appear on the
CD. However, these are only general rules.  Don't forget that every
project is individuall and we will discuss it with you on a personal
level.

     You can submit your material either on DAT tapes (preffered) or
mastered tapes (and yes, if you have a CD burner - we'd be glad to
receive your work on a CD).  If you do not have an access to any of
the above, then simply send it to us in a mod format.  We are looking
for QUALITY, so the size of a mod doesn't play any role.  The
submitted song in a mod format will be remixed using our eqipment, and
you will be surprised how good an AMIGA mod can sound.

     Your first earnings may not be too high.  As we pay all of the
producing, advertising, and all other costs associated with release of
a CD you can expect to earn $50 for your first song.  On the other
hand, in we have good sales of your song, and you will become more
popular, you will get much better deal from us.  For example we are
currently paying CORTEX, who recently became a well know DJ, approx. $700
a song plus a $1000 fixum each time for a release.  Sounds better now?
But why should we pay to an unknown musician a lot of money?  They do
not pay anything for the release, they have no risk, no work except
composing.......and it's a big promotion being released on CDs
distributed throught whole Europe (and soon USA&Canada).  The better
musicians are known, the more TRSI RECORDZ pays...but if you think
that $50 per mod as well as cash bonus for good sales is too low, then
we would suggest you to work at McDonalds.

     By the way - this does not depend on in which group you are, and it
doesn't matter if you are a scene guy or if you have released something
for other labels.  Everyone is welcome.

     We also produce VIDEOS, so if you are a Video Team, or work with
VIDEOCLIPS we will arrange contracts with you too.  We have good
connections with various TV broadcasting stations...  you know what
that means!  Send examples...

     Also, if you're a talented graphician you can write us with
examples.  We are looking for artwork and cover/poster painters...
